Beer description

Malty and aromatic with a strong flavor, light golden yellow in appearance. All of the raw materials used come from the region: the hops from Tettnang, the malt from Upper Swabia, and the water from Aulendorf. Reibolf is stored for at least eight weeks after primary fermentation. The sediment settles at the bottom of the storage tanks and is removed before bottling and kegging. This gives Reibolf its clear structure. The long storage period gives it a shelf life of 5 to 6 months.

uii ein lokales Aulendorfer Bier, wusste ewig nicht, dass dieses existiert. Ach ich finde solche Zufälle herrlich und macht mich glücklich.

Schoen anzusehen. In der Nase Aprikose und Zimt. Im Mund lack??? War die Flasche schlecht? Komisch. Aulendorf macht sonst tolle Biere.
