“Franziska” is a traditional, dark, top-fermented Altbier, which gets its distinctive nutty malt aroma from the combination of wheat, Munich, and roasted malt. Hopping with Mandarina Bavaria and Cascade gives the beer a subtle fruity aroma. A malt-aromatic Altbier with a subtle hint of hops.
