Holy Mountain Brewing - Awake Limbs

Awake Limbs was brewed using German pilsner malt, malted white wheat, and a small addition of rice. it was hopped late in the boil with a generous addition of citra and mandarina bavaria, and fermented cold with one of our favorite Bavarian strains. it was then left to naturally carbonate and condition over the course of 5 weeks
