Johann Liebhard immortalized the first serving of his self-brewed beer in his diary with the legendary sentences: "We poured the first beer, very good and everything was full of people, Michl and Müller von Höhenkirchen such a noise that they knocked them over ten times." In the manner of the forefathers, we have brewed a special anniversary brew that recalls the beginnings of the Ayinger art of brewing. The Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel unfiltered will certainly also have tasted Michl and Müller. Brewed from five different malts in the traditional two-mash process, it is full-bodied and smooth to drink and does justice to the occasion.
Direkt vom Fass in Aying. Sueffig, malzig mit leichtem geschmack von dunkler Schokolade. Sehr trinkbar.

Leider für mich zu krasse Röstaromen. Im geruch dunkler Malz. Das Röstmalz ist zu viel.
