Description
The brewery Aying is a private brewery in the village of Aying, which is located 25 kilometers southeast of Munich in the district of Munich. The brewery was founded in 1878 by Johann Liebhard and is now run as a family business. In 1999, a new brewery was opened on Münchner Straße, which at the time was considered the most modern brewery in Europe. Since August 2008, the entire administration has its headquarters here.
