Bach’s - Cosmic Lager

The hops beam a hint of grapefruit and lemon into our Session Lager, making first contact with extraterrestrial beings a casual affair. Cosmic Lager brings peace between the planets. A light, hoppy beer - ideal in summer, or whenever the sun is shining or should be shining. The malts Heidelberger and Cara Hell form a drinkable, light base. The hops used include a Simcoe hop, and together conjure up both citrus and slightly tropical notes in the fresh beer. To accompany the citrusy, fruity, malty flavor, which is best enjoyed at 7 to 8 °C, we recommend cordon bleu, a summer salad or fruit sorbet. Stay hoppy!
