Bach's. Naturally FRESH BEER. Brewed untreated. Closed cold chain. Bach's Frischbier is craft beer brewed by hand in the heart of the Saarland (Neunkirchen/Saar). For us, natural fresh beer means that, as a matter of principle, we do without many of the achievements of modern, industrial beer production. We do not use industrial methods of preservation. Instead of a long-life product, we bring a fresh product to the market. We protect our beer by maintaining a closed cooling chain (small 10°C) all the way to the customer. We brew by hand and in small batches. Our use of hops in combination with our brewing values sets us apart from mass-produced goods.
