Beer description
Imperial Stout brewed in double mash with a blend of English and German malts, oats, lactose and cold-aged with the addition of specialty coffee Brazil/Bahia Catuai and Catucai (His Majesty Coffee), cocoa beans Ecuador Nacional Acriollado (Brave Beans) and Bourbon vanilla pods.
A full-bodied beer, very dense, oily and velvety. The aromatic notes of the fine coffee (almond and caramel) merge with those of the cocoa (dried fruit, floral), with a delicate touch of vanilla to amalgamate everything.
