Alder Beer

Alder is a small brewery that started its activity in October 2019, in Seregno (MB). It is the realisation of a dream, through various experiences, friendships, travels, collaborations and sharing. It is the journey of Marco Valeriani, founder and brewer, who after years manages to realise his dream, together with his father Luigi and his brother Andrea, who strongly believed in him and in the project. A food technologist with experience in the food industry, Marco became a professional brewer in 2012 and was proclaimed brewer of the year three times in 2016, 2018 and 2022. Alder is a brewery both focused on innovation, keeping up to date and learning new techniques, but also with strong ties to the European brewing tradition.
