Beer description
Low-fermentation beer in the German style, brewed with very soft water, pils malt of Bavarian origin and light caramel malt, Spalter Select hops from the company Locher (hop producers from Tettnang, Germany) and fermented with a yeast strain of Franconian origin.
A light golden beer, unfiltered, lagered for 60 days, with a very mild bitterness, characterised by a malty structure with notes of honey and bread crust, and floral hints provided by the hops.
