Beer description
Inspired by first-generation New England-style IPAs, brewed with only barley malt and no other grains, very soft water rich in chlorides, Mosaic and Citra hops used at all stages of production and the use of a typically Anglo-Saxon yeast strain.
Light golden colour, with a long, herbaceous, almost balsamic bitterness, it has intense notes of yellow fruit, citrus, white peach.
