Limited brew - Meteor Summer Ipa The return of our white IPA beer! 5% Alc. Vol. Color: Pale blond cloudy Foam: Very abundant and airy Nose: “Citrus” and ‘lemon’ thanks to Cascade hops, yeast adds spicy touches and “banana” aromas Taste: Light, well-balanced beer, fruity and floral bitterness, cereal notes. The story: For this top-fermenting recipe, we used a specific yeast, based on barley and wheat malt. Strisselspalt hops, added in the hopping kettle, add a floral bitterness. Finally, Cascade hops, with their lemony profile, are added at the end of the cold-hopping process.
