Beer description
With the Trappist, Brauküche 35 has once again set itself the goal of brewing an extraordinary beer. As the name suggests, the Belgian Strong Ale is going in a Belgian direction. At just 8.5%, the beer is practically a breakfast beer for Belgians, but is certainly in a different league for Austrian beer lovers. With a beautiful glowing copper in the glass and a visually appealing head of foam, the Trappist yeast used presents the first signs of the Belgian beer style. With increasing temperature, the marzipan and caramel aromas are joined by subtle notes of dried fruit and the yeast exudes the characteristic scent more and more intensively. A full body and exciting perlage round off the drinking experience perfectly. The beer should be opened at around 8 degrees and drunk over a longer period of time in order to be able to develop fully. Then you will also notice when the perfect drinking temperature has been reached for you. We recommend about 12 to 14 degrees.
