A little-known Rye Ale style from Regensburg in Bavaria. This is a full-bodied Rye Ale, spiciness from the addition of 50% rye and classic German rye loaves from Backhaus Bakery. In the malt bill with a hint of yeast phenolics and esters leaving a dry finish that will keep you sipping.
