IEPa, the taste of Amsterdam! We have brewed a special beer, IEPa beer brewed from elm seeds, especially for the 750th anniversary of Amsterdam. Amsterdam has more trees than people. With over a million trees, of which more than 75,000 are elms, we are the elm capital of the world. The elm is weatherproof and vandal-proof. A real tree for the vibrant city life. Rain of dimes In the spring, our streets and canals are covered in the blossom of the elm, also known as spring snow or dime rain. A natural phenomenon that occurs nowhere else in the world. Elm seed beer We have carefully collected this elm seed and brewed beer from it. The seed of the city has a nutty taste that combines wonderfully with the notes of hops and toasted rye the result is a beautiful IEPa beer brewed from elm seed.
