Brouwerij Homeland - Stoofie

To celebrate the summer, we serve milky flavours in the form of sour beer. We added a generous splash of pear juice to the sour and spiced it up with a hint of vanilla. We added some lactose to give it the necessary smoothness and milky flavour. The aftertaste is light, with a pear-like freshness and just the right amount of acidity. Cheers!
