The delicious 36°P Stout was placed in Canadian maple syrup barrels 18 months ago (yes, even maple syrup is aged in barrels!). When we tried it for the first time, we knew it was perfect. It was the ideal moment for the beer we had been imagining for a long time. Maple syrup and bacon are a divine combination. Light smoky notes mingle with the sweetness of the barrel-aged maple. Not for vegetarians!
