X Anniversary 9/10 DDH Triple IPA - 9th in a series of anniversary beers. A bright and intensely Double Dry Hopped IPA. This beer was crafted with a focus on achieving an ultra-pale, hazy appearance and a clean hop expression with minimal bitterness. Collaboration with Civil Society Brewery played a key role in shaping this recipe, inspired by their highly regarded annual anniversary TIPAs. A combination of both classic new-wave hops (Citra, Nelson, Galaxy) and innovative varieties like Krush and Riwaka was used. The result is an explosion of flavors—white fruits, hints of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and tropical notes of pineapple and mango.
