Beer description
A brett saison which was fermented and aged for seven months in a puncheon with several saison strains. This beer was aged and conditioned with three brettanomyces strains, which blend to create aromas and flavors of peach and apricot. Light and refreshing, this beer has been conditioned for a month and will continue to evolve very nicely throughout the following months.
