Beer description
Produced by adding oats and wheat to the malt mix, water very rich in chlorides, fermented with a yeast strain of English origin, medium-bodied, juicy, with very mild bitterness, and characterised by notes of ripe yellow fruit, citrus, tropical fruit and balsamic.
