Beer description
Colombina Bananada 2019 is a reinterpretation of the Catharina Sour style, the first internationally recognized Brazilian style. The low alcohol content, refreshing acidity and light body characteristic of Catharina are combined with the aromas and flavors of roasted malts and the complexity of Mutamba, a fruit with a flavor similar to figs, plums, dark fruits and which brings subtle woody notes.
