A modern West Coast inspired IPA brewed using the two most renowned US hops in different forms.
Dry hopping was carried out twice, not to double the dosage, but to better enhance the extraction.
A dry, bitter, clear beer with notes of ripe yellow fruit and citrus, with herbaceous and floral sensations.
