Beer description
Imperial IPA brewed using typical New England techniques, but made with only barley malt and a small dose of sugar.
It has a deep golden colour, significant alcohol content, a light body and an explosive hopiness resulting from the massive doses used at all stages of production. The yeast used makes it particularly smooth, bringing out the fruity components to the maximum.
