Experimental line where we test new production techniques, yeasts and hops, used individually, in blends and also experimental.
The first in the series is a West Coast IPA brewed with only Pils malt and hopped with classic Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic.
Innovative is the choice of mashing method, made by decoction. A Decoction IPA!
A dry, well attenuated beer with honeyed components from decoction combined with a classic West Coast bouquet characterised by citrus, yellow fruit and piney.
