Experimental line where we test new production techniques, yeasts and hops, used individually, in blends and also experimental.
Second in the series, it is an IPA brewed by decoction with Pils and special German malts and hopped with Chinook and Mosaic.
A limpid, dry beer with a malty base in relief with delicate hints of honey combined with an intense bouquet of yellow-fleshed and tropical fruit, accompanied by herbaceous and resinous notes.
