Wedgetail - Double Red Ale

A deep copper/reddish-brown colour with a full caramel-crystal malt and rye malt, giving this beer plenty of character. Bitterness is medium-high to balance the malt character from liberal hop additions of Moutere, Citra and Centennial. The alcohol esters compliment the aroma hops to produce a back ground of ripe stone fruits and floral citrus notes. As it warms toffee and caramel notes can be detected, this beer just keeps on giving.
