New Zealand Double-Dry-Hopped IPA Finding balance is an ongoing struggle. Our friends at Good Guys Brew came down from Karlstad, Sweden and stayed with us for a few days. Together we came up with the Balancing Pact. This double dry hop IPA is brewed exclusively with New Zealand hops. Waimea, Waiiti and Rakau in cooking, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin in dry hops.
