Dry & Bitter Brewing - Equilibrium Metamorfose

Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Crisp pine. Bright crisp citrus. Juicy orange - mandarin with a decent squirt of yellow grapefruit. Trace of sherbet. Not getting any Nelson but that is precisely zero on the surprise scale.
