Beer description
Each IPA in the Steeped series has the same recipe, but a different method of adding hops. At Biosphere we have used our dual dry hopping technique. With our DDH technique, we use twice the amount of hops that we would use in a normal IPA. We add the first batch of dry hops at the end of fermentation, which promotes biotransformation. The biotransformation adds some more interesting taste profiles and aromas to the beer. The second dose of hops is added to the beer shortly after fermentation is complete, which results in more pungent aromas.
