Beer description
Each IPA in the Steeped range has the same recipe but a different method of adding hops. At Biota, we used the hop-dip technique. Dip hopping means the addition of hops after the wort has cooled and before the yeast is added and fermentation begins. This technique enhances the delicious hop aromas and lowers the myrcene content. For us this is another exciting way to soak the hops and another tasty way to show off the hops. Colombus, Centennial and Ekuanot hops are used for all beers in the Steeped series. See how they manifest in every beer.
