Dry & Bitter Brewing - Versus: Eastside

Versus is a two-part series in which we examine the differences between two IPA yeasts, with the process and all other ingredients remaining the same. For Eastside we used WLP066 London Fog yeast. Westward uses US-05 American Ale yeast. Both have a luxurious double dry hop from Wakatu, Amarillo and El Dorado. In the Eastside we experience tropical notes of litchi and papaya with a soft body with a slightly bitter finish.
