Blossom is a captivating Hazy IPA that celebrates the beauty and essence of the blooming sakura trees in Japan inspired by the enchanting cherry blossoms of Kyoto.
Our team has been fortunate to experiment with several innovative hop varieties from the HBC program via Yakima Chief. In Blossom, we lean into the cherry, berry & cream flavour characteristics of HBC 630, paired with Mosaic & Simcoe to delicious effect.
