“Dance like no-one’s watching” they say, but our Demons are always watching… So we invited them onto the dancefloor & let loose, aided by our new 7.2% West Coast IPA. Plenty of Simcoe & Citra lead us to a circle pit of flavours: pine, citrus, tropical, herbal, berry. Finished with a lovely bitter bite, this is a beer your Demons will enjoy.
Simcoe brings smooth pine & citrus oil bitterness, while Strata adds complexity with tropical fruit, dank herbal notes & a touch of red berry.
