Beer description

A dark strong beer, rich in color and full-bodied, velvety aroma. The hearty full-bodiedness is offset by a pleasant bitterness, which both fade away softly together. The curator is not only a poem during Lent. A beer to enjoy on every festival day. Like the Dunkel monastery, it goes well with Bavarian cuisine, but as a tip: try it with sweet, chocolatey desserts.

kräftiges Bier. Schaum leider nicht so stabil. Malzig süß beides nicht übermäßig, gut ausgewogen. Sehr süffig, die 7% schmecken nicht durch. Allerdings darf es nicht zu warm werden…
