Fabrica RARA Kaszmir

Fresh ginger, subtle cardamom, with minor notes of mint superceded by peach and banana esters. Medium body, filled to the brim with flavour that gets tea-like in the finish, after the spices and fruits have mellowed out. It’s slightly tannic, though that goes surprisingly well with the light bitterness and provides an excellent balance for the residual sweetness. Very oriental, very ingeniuous and extremely well made. An early contestant for the Polish beer of the year.
