It started with a meeting of home brewers with sensors focused around the Cieszyn Tea Festival and people from the Czech beer industry. It was then that the idea of making home-made "tea" beer for the "Tea Festival 2014" was born. Two different beers and ideas for a few more recipes were created. Good and fruitful cooperation, which gives a lot of satisfaction, provoked us to look for opportunities to turn our passions into a real brewery. The possibility of renting equipment in Cieszynski Browar Mieszczański has become just such an opportunity. From the beginning, we focus on the best quality and drinkability. We also play with high-quality additives, but not to shock us, but to bring out the best flavors. We are not afraid of hard, artisanal work, the more that we know that only thanks to it we are able to work out a level that will satisfy us. Due to the small scale and full control over the entire process, we believe that each of our products will be rare and in some ways unique. The first beers we will propose will be American Wheat - in a pure version and enriched with Taiwanese Oolong, as well as Brown Porter - in a pure version and with the addition of smoked black tea.
