Polly's - Flux

Now we're barreling forward toward summer at full steam, we're massively looking forward to the opportunity to share a beer amongst the staff after we've finished a long day at the brew kit. As a brewery that loves working with the idea of concepts and setting challenges for our team, we wanted to set the challenge of capturing pure sunshine in a glass. Never ones to back down, our brewers have one-upped themselves with Flux. Featuring a four-hop lineup of full on slammers and certified Polly's classics in Citra, El Dorado, Simcoe and Galaxy, we've upped the ante on this beer by altering our cold side techniques to purposely accentuate the fruit forward flavour characteristics of these incredible hops.
