Beer description
Coconut Stout conditioned on toasted and untoasted coconut chips
Stout brewed with a complex blend of selected malts to further enhance the smoothness and notes of cocoa and caramel.
The beer was then toasted coconut chips were added during cold maturation at a dosage of approximately 30 grams per litre.
Dark, dense, it presents delicate notes of cocoa, caramel and coffee, accompanied by the classic hints of coconut that are clearly evident but not invasive.
