Brauküche 35 - Pinot Gris Barrel Aged

Belgian season stronger brewed, fermented and matured in white wine oak barrel, which was previously covered with Pinot Gris from the winery Georg Toifl and which still included the wine yeast. A hybrid of white wine and beer and thus the homage to the Weinviertel!
