~ Guillevic ~ Miel de printemps, Miel de ronce d'Ardeche. 0 g/L sugar. Cider with hop infusion, made with hops from our own orchards: Perle (Alsace) and Strisselspalt. The infusion brings a refreshing bitterness with notes of yeast. The foam is amazingly dense and compact.
