Beer description
~ Marie Ménard (bitter), Douce Coet (sweet), Douce Moen (bittersweet), Judor (sour) 24 g/L sugar (dry). A blend of mainly bitter and sour apples not found in the usual 'cider recipes' in terms of apple varietal proportions. This cider was originally made for distillation but development during fermentation resulted in the emergence of a distinctive, slightly bitter and Spicy cider Far from the standards and norms ("Hors-Normes").
