Beer description
~ 12 apple varieties ~ 17 g/L sugar (dry). 6 months of fermentation in a 15 hL tank. Cider made from a blend of bitter, bittersweet, sweet and sour apples. The cider has used up all of its sugar during fermentation; it becomes drier and has a higher alcohol potential, hence the name "Extra-Brut". It is dry, fruity and powerful at the same time and ends with a nice persistent bitterness.
