Beer description

This is the very first beer brewed in our own microbrewery and is part of a new series called "Gorilla Lab". Gorilla Lab #1 is a Raspberry Sour (brewed like the Catharina Sour style in Brazil) with a strong raspberry flavor and hints of lactose and vanilla. The slightly sweet taste is reminiscent of ice cream. It has a light body and a beautiful red-pink color. It's also our first sour beer from Berlin and we hope you enjoy it.
