Gorilla Cervecería Berlin - Monster Party E. 2

This cloudy IPA (7.1%) is a nice smooth beer with a creamy head and excellent shelf life. We brewed it with Simcoe, Chinook, Mosaic and Mosaic Lupomax hops. The flavor is a blend of tropical fruits (overripe oranges, peaches, melon and papaya) with hints of resinous flavors from the hops, it has low malt flavor and a grainy profile. An additional 16 g per liter of dry hopping ensure an intense hop experience. Quite bitter and a little alcoholic, it is not an everyday beer but one enjoyed on a special occasion. This is the second episode of our monster party in collaboration with our friends from Analog and Unverhopft.
