Beer description
Brewed by adding oats and wheat to the malt mix, water very rich in chlorides, fermented with an English yeast strain, and hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic.
Medium-bodied, juicy, with very mild bitterness, and characterised by notes of ripe yellow fruit, citrus, tropical fruit and balsamic.
