The brewing process lasts 7 days. The beer, which has been brewed for a long time, has masses of fruit character, malty richness and excellent hop balance. Abbot Reserve, a stronger beer. Its characteristic, full-bodied, smooth and ripe taste is complemented by fruit cake and toffee aromas.

Clear toffee colour, off white head. Sweet, very light malt aroma. Complex, robust flavour. Honeycomb flavour and rich fruits.

not as mellow as I'd like. strong, good mouth feel, but bitter, and clearly not designed for quaffing.
