Beer description

High-fermentation Belgian-style beer, brewed with only pils malt from a Belgian malt house, a touch of wheat malt and candied sugar, traditional Saison yeast and hopped with Saaz and Mittlefruh. A deep golden beer, unfiltered, traditionally re-fermented both in the keg and in the bottle, characterised by a good dryness, with spicy and peppery hints given by the yeast accompanied by the herbaceous and floral notes of the hops.
