Beer description
High-fermentation pale ale brewed with German and English malts, very sweet water rich in chlorides, American hops and yeast of Anglo-Saxon origin.
Golden colour, medium body, delicate carbonation, it has a soft, delicate bitterness with intense notes of yellow fruit, citrus, candied citrus and a slightly balsamic character.
Inspired by traditional Anglo-Saxon pale ales, but with an interpretation typical of modern American pale ales.
