Beer description

Golden yellow opal with an orange shimmer and fine foam. Intense aroma of bitter orange, peach and apricot notes, tart herbs, caramel. Soft and round on the palate, gentle carbonation. Then dry malt notes and short sweetness, reminiscent of star fruit and bitter orange again. Long tart finish with hints of herbs - dried thyme, oregano. Fruity and friendly, but with a distinct bitterness in the finish.
