The brewery Gusswerk is an innovative symbiosis of beer bar and brewery, a place for enjoyment, communication and cosiness. The initiator of this unique project is Reinhold Barta from Salzburg, master baker by passion. After more than ten years of organic brewing experience, most recently in a large Austrian private brewery, he realized his organic brewery in Salzburg's "Gusswerk" in 2007, where numerous well-known companies have found their home on more than 40,000 m2. Reinhold Barta's goal is to make sustainable and bio-dynamically produced beer socially acceptable in Austria. When he saw the plans of the "casting", it was immediately clear to him: "This is where my brewery belongs". The beer should be drawn from the power of origin, of course, with purely organic ingredients and old, natural manufacturing processes that reflect the circle of nature , That's why the brewing master brews according to biodynamic Demeter guidelines.
